Less than two weeks away from the can’t-get-here-soon-enough theatrical release of Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight Rises, and Warner Bros. is throwing an appropriate marketing fit, every day — if not every hour — bringing something new into the fold. One of the noisiest examples, as of late, is a 13-minute featurette that most sane people, including myself, wouldn’t test the waters with. But this IMAX poster, which just landed at IMP Awards, is a much more commendable selling point, distilling everything we’ve seen and heard about Tom Hardy’s Bane into a single, chilling image. It speaks for itself, really.
