Today, the Academy announced the 10 live-action short films that will be up for nomination consideration. I’ve included all of the titles, none of which I know anything about, after the jump. From these ten, the voters will eventually settle on anywhere from three to five films for Oscar nods. And, by the way, this release reminds me that I forgot to post the recently announced 15-film shortlist for the Best Visual Effects category, so I’ve documented those here, too.
